Students start the school year on Monday 2 February 2026 and end the school year on Thursday 17 December 2026.
School Development Days
These days (also known as pupil free days) are days when teachers, school leaders and support staff can hone and improve their skills. Children do not attend school on these days.
Jerdacuttup Primary School have scheduled the following dates for School Development Days in 2025:
Term 1 Thursday 29/1/26 (prior to school) and Friday 30/1/26 (prior to school)
Term 2 Monday 20/4/26 (1st Monday of term) Friday 8/5/26 (week 3, Berry St training)
Term 3 Friday 24/7/26 (1st Friday of term, Berry Street training) Monday 24/8/26 (week 6 -extra)
Term 4 Friday 16/10/26 (week 1) and Friday 18/12/26 (week 10)
