Jerdacuttup School is one of the only schools in the region which offer each students his or her own iPad. Our students are able to access the iPads daily for a variety of learning experiences to assist and reinforce their learning.

In addition, the school also offers a computer lab which is accessible to students all day every day to support the curriculum. Students in each class need not share: there is a computer for every child in that class! These computers are also used for the Language Other Than English (LOTE) program delivered by School of Isolated and Distant Education (SIDE).

In 2015 Jerdacuttup School purchased a new sync/charge trolley and an Apple Macbook Pro laptop to help coordinate and manage iPads. We have centralised iPad management now with the laptop and configurator program. The sync/charge trolley allows everything to happen by the click of a button as well as providing a robust, safe and secure storage place for the iPad.
